🔘 First thing to do: get angry
"It goes without saying that things are bad. Everyone knows that things are not going well. We are in full crisis.
Many people are out of work, or are afraid of the idea of losing it. The purchasing power of the dollar is cheap, the banks fail, the shopkeepers keep the gun under the counter, the thugs run free in the streets and there is no one who seems to know what to do and not if sees the end!
We know that the air is unbreathable and our food is inedible. We sit and watch TV while a reporter tells us that today we had another 15 murders and 63 violent crimes as if this were normal.
We know things are bad. They are worse than bad.
I'm out of control.
It is as if there was complete madness everywhere, a general hysteria and we decided not to go outside anymore. We stay in the house so that the world we live in gets smaller and smaller and all we say is: "Please at least leave me quiet in my living room, let me have my toaster, my TV, and I'm good, I won't say anything. . Leave me alone "

I don't know what to do about the depression, the inflation, the Russians and the crime in the streets.
