🔘 Context and Emotions

If you want to be a great communicator these days, consider how helpful it can be for you to learn how to provide context to what you present, what you write or post online while making your emotions feel more real and deep.

Context: Provide a bigger picture of what you are presenting. For example: Who is it for? What is the goal? How did you get here? Why is it worth knowing?

Emotions: speak directly from the heart. Don't be a puppet like those on TV. Throw away all your professional, diplomatic and public relations activities. Start talking like a real human being.

"Our ability to manage and use emotions and that of knowing how to take into due consideration the positive effects generated by providing the right context to what we present, are vital ingredients for developing one's own capacity for critical thinking, problem solving, effective communication and good judgment.

It has proved very difficult to program digital devices to emulate this knowledge and these skills, and we do not even know when (or if) the efforts being made in this direction will bear fruit. "

🔘 Predators

"Facebook. Instagram. Airbnb. Uber, Lyft and Robinhood. These are predatory companies, leaders in the threat economy.

They create nothing, they contribute nothing, they mean nothing.

The only thing these companies do is take, mediate, skim and skin. These societies not only died in the future, but they died for me right now, and they died for all those who are part of a world that wants to flourish. "

How to Grow Your Online Reputation
The better your reputation, the easier it will become to sell and find new customers.

Some tips on how to cultivate your online reputation then:

1. Create, produce content, resources, toolkits, videos, tangibly useful content and of greater depth than those that everyone produces.

2. It helps in a tangible way who is already your customer and has the possibility to achieve the goals he wants. Then ask him for testimonials showing how helpful you have been.

3. Show transparency, be honest in recognizing your mistakes, and have the ability to turn those mistakes into opportunities for improvement.
