🔘 Amor Fati
One of the most meaningful things you can do in your life is to interpret anything that appears negative and that seems to be beyond your control (something went wrong, the weather is terrible, you have a pain that gives you annoyance, etc.) as an opportunity to choose the way you want to interpret it instead. Not as something out of your control.
[Why] Whatever reality you have chosen to perceive is ultimately only in your mind.
"Amor Fati" (appreciating what happens to you) is a different way of seeing things suggested by Stoic philosophy. It teaches you to find useful lessons in every moment of your life, even in the seemingly ugliest ones.
All problems exist only in your head - As much as you seem to be unable to control your interpretation of events, you understand that it is always possible to reinterpret your perceptions.
How? Decide how much time you want to spend worrying about the problems you are experiencing. Decide whether or not you want to let these issues rule and dominate your mind.
Once you are ready, decide and change your way of interpreting reality. "

To truly understand ANYTHING it is not possible to read, underline with the highlighter, reread and memorize. In this way you are not learning anything.
You are learning by heart and without even realizing it you are getting indoctrinated. Literally.

The only verifiable fact is this: If you haven't changed anything, nothing will change.
