Subject: How To Pass The Customer Service Situational Judgement Test

Dear Friend,

I hope you are well.

About the Southeastern trainee train job alert I sent you; it has been
brought to my attention that as soon as you register your interest to apply
for the job at the Southeastern Railways website you will be taken to a
Customer Services Situational Judgement Test page.

This page is the initial deciding factor of your application. That is if you
pass, you are then allowed to continue. On the other hand, if you fail you
will not be allowed to apply for any trainee train driver postion with
Southeastern for the next six months.

Here are some quick and easy way of passing this test:

1) Print the page. Read and answer it on paper. And then transfer your
answers to the web page. This makes it easier to read and think through
the scenarios.

2) When deciding what is most effective or less effective way of dealing
with a customer think of the wow factor. Put yourself in their shoes. Would
like it if someone treat you or loved ones like that.

3) Bear in mind that to provide excellent customer service, you can only
serve one customer at a time. Think of yourself as a Southeastern staff
who is professional, knowledgeable about Southeastern's Services and
caring to customers.

4) Be a person who is prepared to help people with or without pay.

I have tested the above tips. And was successful. So I am confident you
can also use it and be successful.

Best wishes,

Bernie
