Here's a quick update on iCharity Club.
Several problems have arisen in the genealogy tracking software. I have experienced problems myself with new members being duplicated and place in several slots simultaneously under several other people, all at the same time. Other integrity issues have been uncovered on the part of admin and ultimately admin is not responding to support requests or doing anything to resolve the issues.
Therefore, the situation is not good to be referring others for the long term.
The good news is that a group of successful leaders working the program, all of whom have successful business acumen, are already well along in creating a new program that we will be proud to be associated with.
I think we all can agree that the concept is a great one. The new program will be created by American programmers, with enhanced features, live chat for support, transparency, solid leadership and the main admin company will not be based in the USA which is good news. The USA is no longer a good place to do business due to overregulation and draconian policies.
We expect that you will be able to migrate your current group to the new program and you'll be able to upgrade them as you like, if they have already made a donation. A second donation will not be necessary.
There will be a web conference next week when we expect them to be ready to roll out the new program, or at least be very close.
Honestly, I'm excited. We'll have a much stronger program run by professional business people rather than some slippery Malaysian or Indian tech geeks with no management experience which is what we have now in iCharity.
I'll send you the web conference details next week so you can participate if you like.
Onward and upward!
More later,
Mark
