I want to thank those in attendance last night for your participation. We also had an inordinate number of volunteers who were not in attendance. For this effort to be successful we'll need 1 thing which is 'participation'.
Yesterday's email contained the current list of members in your group with the contact information we have. I have attached the list for each group again here for your convenience. Your group may also want to coordinate with another group as there is some foreseeable overlap in some subject matter. So now you have the complete list as of today.
Please take the initiative to contact your fellow group members and start some discussion now, during the week. This is not a 'once only' per week activity.
As a baseline, you are trying to evaluate;
1... what we have
2... what we need
3... where you want to go with your group to contribute to helping provide practical solutions for the club.
Please don't just sit back, be passive and wait for someone to tell you what to do. This will assure that nothing happens.
We need pro-active members all taking the initiative here.
I'll emphasize again, for starters, use the Skype group for Lighthouse Law club if you need to. Ultimately, it'll be more useful for you to set up a Skype group for your own group and when you do, please invite me so I can participate.
So, for our meeting next week, I'll look for reports on how your group is coming along in getting organized, making contact with each other, and making progress in determining what direction you want to take.
If you can make this work, it'll be a huge contribution to the overal objectives of the club.
