Hello Friend,
Last Sunday's session was undoubtedly the most powerful session we've ever had. If you missed it you missed an absolute Blockbuster. With us as a special guest was Andramedia from a Constitutional Advocacy and Investigations unit breaking down the crimes which are committed by the police, the courts, the prosecutors in virtually every case they bring forward for prosecution. She outlined how almost all arrests are illegal and violate due process and the list of topics was too lengthy to mention. The bottom line is that this group has a national network of specialists who are holding corrupt government officials accountable to the law and their oaths. Not only are they having tremendous success but they are having a ball doing it!
One subject we discussed at length was the refusal of county recorders to do their duty and who are denying people the right to due process by refusing to file their documents as a matter of public record.
About an hour and some into the discussion I lost internet signal and immediately logged back in and started recording again thinking that we'd have 2 recorded segments. However the first segment was lost when signal cut off without saving. All I have is about the last 13 minutes which was the discussion on the county recorder.
This is a new video service. When the player is loaded and playing, you can click on the icon of the magnifying glass in the upper right to get a full text transcript which is searchable for keywords.
You'll be hearing much more about the remedies we have available with the assistance of this group. Let's take it one step at a time.
I don't want to publicize their contact information just yet, but I will. I know how that works in a group. All of a sudden they get hammered with various and sundry questions which distract them from important cases they are working on and we don't want that.
If you have a case which needs to be reviewed and/or prosecuted, i.e. any arrest, any pending case in court, past court cases and/or convictions I ask you to do a complete write-up laying out what happened, give a timeline, name the parties involved and their office, etc. Please be as clear and concise and complete as possible. We can submit this then when they can review it in their own time and by the tine you have a phone conversation that time can be used most effectively with their investigators already having had the benefit of a review of the basics of your case.
Be sure to tune in to next Sunday's meeting.
Shalom! |
