U.S. v. Dickerson. 413 F2d 1111, 1116 (1969)
Hi Friend,

Get a load of this from the Federal Courts:

The average citizen, moreover, believes that the government prosecutes only the recalcitrant, uncooperative individual who is unwilling to pay what he owes. Who would believe the ironic truth that the cooperative taxpayer fares much worse than the individual who relies upon his constitutional rights!

Further in Dickerson they held that the apprehension produced in the average citizen by a request from IRS agents to interview him about his taxes was great enough that, if a criminal investigation had been initiated, full Miranda warnings were necessary in order to ensure that he could intelligently exercise his Fifth Amendment rights.

Could information like this help you out of a jam?

Are you filing this year? Good Luck with those additional 87,000 agents!

If you're open to options, you'd be prudent to explore the resources and testimonials related to the IRS FREEDOM COURSE in THE LIGHTHOUSE LAW CLUB
