| Travel by Right - Non-Commercial Drivers Legislation
Most of us know by now that a driver's license is only necessary for 'commercial drivers' engaged in 'Transportation'. People who don't get paid to drive commercially don't need a State issued Driver License. If you have people who think you're crazy for saying that, you can now point to pending legislation in the state house for New Hampshire. These state reps have nailed it! This pending legislation is an education in itself if you just take the time to read it.
Now don't get too excited yet. It's highly unlikely to pass for the simple reason that if the state stopped collecting fees for Drivers Licenses, the economic impact (negative) would be around $250 million in lost revenue. And we all know the state needs the revenue more than it needs to protect the rights of its people. But just the fact that this legislation was written and got to the floor says an awful lot about the truth and the law coming out into public view;
The fact that this is not yet passed into law only means that the state is not yet issuing 'non-commercial' plates for cars. It in no way changes anything about a person's natural rights which the state cannot touch. Are you a servant to God, or a slave to 'Man'?
