Business and Banking

This week we discuss how to do business without your name or social security number. Managing your business and banking affairs is critical for survival, so how do you 'come out' of the system and still maintain the capability to interface with the financial world? You'll get my personal recommendations on what I would be seriously considering as it relates to your quest for freedom and how to properly handle these issues and how you might be relating to them as a 'free person'.

Treasury Offset Program

One of our members has been successful in removing his automobile and his status as 'driver' from the commercial system using what he has learned from the club. He has ignored invitations to court and now he has ignored the requests to pay court fees for processes which don't apply to him. They have threatened him and tried to intimidate him into submission but he didn't fall for it. They even towed his car away. He didn't buckle. He knows the truth and so do they. He stood strong and didn't cave in. The result? He got his car and all property back and they now just basically leave him alone.

Lesson: If you challenge authority with the truth and the law, they will intimidate you to force your willful submission. Do you agree? Or do you stand on truth and law to be a true 'Free man'? You'll have to decide.

The collection agency trying to collect on behalf of the State court has basically told him, (to paraphrase) ... "If you don't pay, we'll go to the treasury offset program and they'll pay!" Imagine that! Immediately, Gomer Pyle from Mayberry RFD comes to mind, "Well Ahhll be Aunt Bee!"

Here's a link to an audio file with some of my comments and observations on the issue. This appears to only apply to debts to the government. Keep that in mind as you listen to my comments in which I stand corrected as to the general application of this program. But then again, maybe it goes deeper than that. If all corporations are created by the government, aren't they extensions of government and therefore this would apply also to alleged debts to corporations? Let me know hyour thoughts. Let's discuss in the forum.

T.J. and his group have been doing some interesting things. For one, they have a simple process of filing a claim in tax court, to demand the IRS produce 2 things they don't have. The net result is that it proves the IRS has no jurisdiction without these 2 things. All you need to do is 'file' by mail and send that notice to your friendly IRS agent and say 'goodbye' and they wave back 'goodbye'! Done. No more collections, removal of liens, goodbye forever! Out of 500 cases this has been used on, it has worked 100% of the time!
