This week we've installed a new live chat function on the website. When live chat is not available you'll always be able to send in a ticket in the new system which I encourage you to do. Tam and I will be manning the cockpit despite the 'alter egos' you may see in the chat box so you can be assured of getting the best response possible, hopefully in real time. Of course, Skype is the best way to reach us in the Law Club Skype Support Group but the new system has a way of tracking and follow up which is very helpful.
You'll find the 'Help' tab in the upper right of the website; homepage, mastermind group page and when you log in on the Members Base Camp page.
I trust you'll find this a helpful improvement in getting the most out of your membership.
