Re:  Support

This week we've installed a new live chat function on the website.  When live chat is not available you'll always be able to send in a ticket in the new system which I encourage  you to do.  Tam and I will be manning the cockpit despite the 'alter egos' you may see in the chat box so  you can be assured of getting the best response possible, hopefully in real time.  Of course, Skype is the best way to reach us in the Law Club Skype Support Group but the new system has a way of tracking and follow up which is very helpful.  

You'll find the 'Help' tab in the upper right of the website; homepage, mastermind group page and when you log in on the Members Base Camp page.  

I trust you'll find this a helpful improvement in getting the most out of your membership. 

 
New 'Member Log-In' link

The 'Member Log-In' link has been restored back to it's original location.  Unforeseen programming complications arose from the change we made last week so we're back to square one on that.  It's now the same as before. 

The navigation in the members area took on a glitch in that the menu is not on pages once  you get beyond the Base Camp page.  We're working on that.  These systems are very touchy and sometimes present challenges for reasons which are not obvious.

I recently did some evaluation of Goldmoney.com and I like what I see.  It allows you to instantly buy gold, have it physically stored in the vault of your choice around the world and redeem it when you like by converting the AU to fiat currency when needed which you can then access worldwide via a debit card.  You can start small and I think, if you're smart, you'd set up a recurring purchase to buy so much on a periodic basis benefiting from dollar cost averaging.  Gold is low right now and it is a good time to buy in my opinion!   Check it out for yourself.  That's your tip of the week!
