Re: Legal Status Correction, Secured Creditor & the UCC
If there is one common denominator of interest amongst our members, this is it. As you know, we're working on a complete new set of documents that one of our more serious members has put together for himself working closely with Patrick D. We'll also have step by step explanations and audio training to go with it. Right now, we're just waiting for some things to happen in that case and then we'll be marching forward. I expect it will be quite soon.
In the meantime, many of us are familiar with various UCC forms and the process of completing the Non-UCC yet, I think it's safe to say very few have even the slightest comprehension of the UCC itself and especially Article 9 which relates to 'Secured Transactions'.
With that in mind, I have uploaded an excellent quick reference chart which will guide you through Article 9 of the UCC. Included in the subject matter are references to;
-The Scope of Article 9 -It's purpose -What is the scope of a security interest -Exclusions -Terminology -Consignments Leases and Pledges -Creating a Security Interest -Temporary 'Automatic' Perfection -Perfection & Filing -Rules of Priority Among Creditors -Secured Parties Remedies -Remedies upon Default, and more.
Our Constitutional Commandos will find this in the MEMBERS AREA > BOOKS TO DOWNLOAD > New UCC section (found on the bottom of the page as it's alphabetical) |
