This week we discussed the nuclear option as it relates to achieving justice with the commercial lien.
This is the third and final stage of non-judicial administrative remedy which follows our previous discussions on: Conditional Offer to Settle, and Notice & Demand.
This was a very powerful session and jam packed with details and info you can use.

What's New in 'Advanced Training Libraries'
Commercial Liens.
Last week we just added a completely new Advanced
Training Library for commercial liens.
This week we added a completely new folder to the commercial lien library. It is chock full of materials from Hartford Van Dyke who is the pre-eminent expert and pioneer in this genre of activity.
It's hard to put a value on this education, research and information. I hope you can appreciate what we have here.

Major New Announcements Coming!
The Lighthouse is charting a new course for the coming new year. We've advanced in many ways and solidified our position on the map to be able to better serve Americans and International people alike.
Our experience has shown us that people generally divide themselves into two general groups, or perhaps we could say that our material and services find people in at least two different places in life as it relates to knowledge and awareness. For that reason, we'll be announcing some major news about how we plan to re-structure the membership options for new members.
This won't affect you in any way, other than you will be grandfathered in and you'll be getting one very interesting HUGE new benefit (at no cost) which you could be pretty excited about!
