Here's what's happening this week....

This week we finally dug into the nuts and bolts of why and how to use a NOTICE & DEMAND as a formal presentment to set the record, frame the issues, draw the line in the sand, establish damages and offer 'remedy' in this administrative (non-court) procedure.
The replay link is posted in the forum along with my notes used for the presentation which you can refer to as a guide.
These sessions are valuable in building your intellectual arsenal. I hope you are taking advantage.
I would like to see more member interaction and involvement with questions and contributions, testimonials etc. Please start thinking about this and how you might get and give more in these sessions.

Courts & The Law Section: - Sample FOIA Request
- Sample Habaeus Corpus. (This format was used to allegedly free up to 165 prisoners from jail this past year.)
Self Defense & Survival Section: - An American's Arsenal Bible
We're putting some new attention and emphasis on Self Defense & Survival for the primary reason that the first order of business in staying free is: Staying healthy and alive!
Just watch the news and what's happening around the world and in your own backyard and it's obvious, we need to be prepared for anything. Now is the time to start giving this some thought and attention if you aren't already!

- You are encouraged to use the Monday calls for support. Bring your questions and issues for discussion and get clarity on possible avenues to achieve your objectives. This resource is not being sufficiently utilized by many.
- Be sure to monitor your PayPal account so there are no issues with monthly dues which are automatically debited by PayPal. Missed payments may temporarily block your access to the members area. If this becomes a recurring problem you will be asked to pre-pay for 6 or 12 months at a time to avoid the headache and the admin this requires.
