How have you been? 

You know, I often get asked: "So Mark what is the first step?" when people seek to start on the path of 'Exiting Babylon' and seeking freedom. 

And my answer is a little unexpected.  

I recently had a guy ask me for free advice on how to pull his home out of the real estate tax system because, as he admitted, he had no money to pay for any help. 

My advice was simple and went like this:  "Your biggest problem is not Real Estate taxes.  Your biggest problem is your current state of personal finances.  You need to forget about any legal issues and first fix your finances because until you do you'll be paralyzed to do anything else anyway regardless of how good any advice might be." 

I see the same thing across the board.  This Babylonian system has so many people broke and financially defenseless that this is the first thing that people need to be thinking about.
