I have used both documents for the state and the IRS. I have to tell you it is one impressive package. The document I have used the most is the Notice of Offer of Performance. Your research nailed the final nail in their collective war coffin. There is no way on earth they can respond to it under their law so they will always "default". I have placed both the IRS and the state in default using both docs. the state has defaulted 3x going on a 4th try and the IRS is at an odds. they cannot get around the filing statement affidavit. they have defaulted as well.
Yes, someone who is easily frightened by the private collection company known as the irs will do exactly as threatened. However, stick to your guns, they have no ammo so to speak and freedom is more important than some paper pusher claiming to be government. its all fraud.
And what I especially like about your package is the fact that it is based upon the UCC which is cross to a vampire. they are bound by the UCC code wheather they like it or not. it is quite a package and it is far better than anything else out there. There is no fear what so ever of ever being prosecuted unless they want the cat out of their bag of tricks. Support is excellent but I did find some errors and corrected them. Package is easy to use once you've done the first letter, its just a matter of changing dates or titles. have used the notice of offer of performance for alleged liabilities and penalties or amounts claimed to be owed so it was necessary to change the title a little to fit the extortion received. that is where I have the problem, exactly putting in the correct title but I managed. its amazing to watch them squirm. if anyone is considering buying this package, do so. you won't regret it.Linda"
