Listen, you and I and the others in the group need to interact more.  I want to provide us all with a means to get support from each other 24/7. 

Not only does this help us on the technical side of things, but more importantly, if we're going to be on the same team, we need to know each other, share thoughts, ideas, frustrations, successes and just work together as a team! 

Friend, you are interested in success or you wouldn't be here in the first place.  It's important that we follow through and make things happen in a positive way not just for you and me but also for your team which will follow you and that is the key, isn't it?!
