One of our brothers shared a very important and insightful legal document with us this week. It was filed in US District Court in Cheyenne Wyoming for post conviction relief to vacate a judgment based on the law he was convicted of violating was found 'not to legally exist'.
This document contains research on so many issues you'll be able to use this as reference for so many things you are doing now, or could be doing in the future.
I won't take the time to summarize here. Just read through it yourself when you have the time. You'll quickly see the value of this important work.

This Motion is filed in United States District Court, Wyoming District, Cheyenne. I will also be filing a separate Motion for the original Judge to recuse herself due to lack of proper credentials and move/assign the case to the Chief Judge in Casper (see page 11).
