Tonights session is going to be 'Power-Packed'!
First off, I've changed the format to 'Webinar' so we have unlimited seating. You will not be denied access due to a full room as we have had happen in recent weeks.
Secondly, I have a special guest speaker who will join us to discuss the issue of 'Mens Rea' or 'willfulness' as a required element for any criminal charge to stick. Prosecutors are bungling this issue all over the place and criminal convictions are getting overturned based on recent Supreme Court rulings. Ever had criminal charges in the past? Do you think that in this political and financially and morally bankrupt environment you could have potential charges laid on you in the future? Be prepared.
