I understand everyone has different schedules and are in different time zones and scheduled meetings are not always convenient or even possible. I frequently get people sending emails asking if a meeting will be recorded. Make a note: "If it's worth recording it will be recorded." There's no need to ask.
Secondly, I get frequent requests to send the recording link by email. This is time consuming.
