For the last few weeks we've been following a sequence from the Conditional Offer, to the Notice & Demand in that sequence. The next step in the sequence is the Commercial Lien.
Tonight we'll get into the commercial lien process as your ultimate tool for remedy and for putting rogue actors back in their place. But this is a delicate issue and needs to be treated carefully, like high explosive! Improper use or half baked attempts can be dangerous!
Do a little homework before the conference and study some of the materials in our Advanced Training Library beforehand so you can come with a knowledge base.
Please note that I've had routine interruptions in electricity these days in this heavy rainy season in Central America and if it happens again, which is all too often the case, you'll know what happened if I can't appear last minute.
