Hi Friend,
I hope you are 'engaged' in the activities and resources of the law club. I'd like to hear personally, more about the progress you are making in achieving your goals. The web conference tonight is your chance to raise issues that need to be clarified for you and to share your experiences with others. We'd like to hear about it.
Tonight will be a big night for us. Last week we discussed the 'Conditional Offer' or 'Conditional Acceptance' as some call it. This relates to all contracts or 'attempted' contracts be they from the court, a creditor or others wanting to pigeon hole you into a liability.
Tonight we'll get into the follow up to a Conditional Offer which would be a 'Notice & Demand'. The two together can be a 1-2 knockout punch. These are administrative remedies all done outside the courtroom and when you master these concepts you'll have effective weapons to avoid many of the liabilities which are dumped upon you in the hopes that you'll blindly 'accept' like most people do.
But before we get to that, we'll have a special guest speaker with us to discuss how he is helping people correct their legal status and get it on the permanent record of the federal government that you are a 'state citizen' and NOT a 'federal citizen'. You already know the benefits, I shouldn't have to explain.
Christopher Gronski will be with us tonight. Some of you already know of him. This will be your chance to hear directly from him how and why this works, ask questions and have some light shed on the path to freedom!
