As I promised last month, we continue to move and improve as we make the world a better place with our products and services. Anarchapulco was a huge success and really put us on the map. Our services and capabilities continue to advance into the higher echelons of privacy and productivity. There are always new developments in the works which are yet unannounced. And all of this means we are just bringing more value to more people as each new sunrise comes upon us.
As we continue to develop our program and hone our craft it has come to light that we need to improve in some areas and correct some errors previously made in our thinking.
One of those errors was in trying to use a mass marketing approach thinking that people would be motivated by some cursory information and 'click here' to join.
To the contrary, we are in a sophisticated consulting business whereby we are solving some very important and complex issues which people have. People don't just see an ad, click here and spend $2000-$4500 or more just like that. Our approach was wrong and we need to change it to be more people focused with hands on attention and guidance given. The commissions involved ($400-$1000) for consultants warrant the effort. And long term residual income can also be generated from your entire database with the ancillary services which complement what we do.
We also need to be more focused in the right target market to help those who are most capable of helping themselves. These would be people who are already reasonably stable and successful, are well educated and are able to connect the dots to make things happen from both an intellectual perspective and also a financial perspective.
Thirdly, with more than 500 registered affiliates only a very small handful of those are really doing anything with the affiliate program to benefit themselves. This represents a lot of wasted time, effort and space for all involved. Those who are really serious about success will appreciate the direction we are headed. The rest will likely fall by the wayside and that's fine. We all have our own paths to follow in life.
In recognition of the above let me outline the new affiliate program.
- The stand alone packages will no longer be offered after April 1.
- The only options will be 1) Full membership, or 2) Global Entrepreneur membership.
- The Full membership price will increase to $2500 with a 4 month payment plan of $500 per month. Incremental benefits (pre-set packages) will be provided to new members with each new payment.
- When paid up front the full membership is only $2000 which is a $500 discount off the new price.
- Affiliates who are Full Members or GE will earn 25% commission on direct sales where they consult with the client, answer all their questions and bring the new member forward into membership.
- Non-member affiliates, or member 'referrals' who do not close the sale will earn 10% referral fee when someone else has to close the sale.
- New High-Ticket products and services will be available thus increasing earning potential.
- The Tapfiliate and ProMarketing systems will be discontinued and no longer used.
- For those who are serious about being a successful consultant, we'll provide optional but recommended professional training and business building programs from third party service providers.
- A new series of professional videos is being produced for Monaco Management Group for the higher end services targeting High Net Worth business people, consultants and retirees. These will be used for marketing and introductory purposes.
- We'll begin an advertising co-op where consultants may contribute $100 per month per share and this money will be pooled for marketing purposes. Leads will be generated and our own professional sales people will close the sale. 15% of sales revenue will go back to the co-op advertising pool and be distributed pro-rata to participants. 10% will go to the closers. Let us know if you feel you're qualified and you'd like to be a 'closer'!
So those are the highlights. Here is the action plan if you choose to accept it;
If you have prospects in your ProMarketing system; - download the data base to your computer to save them. - send a broadcast message informing them that they have until April 1 to get any of the packages before they get pulled from the market.
