Dear Friend
As I watch the commercial holiday ads popping up everywhere which appeal to our greed and self interest with luxury goods and services we really don't need, a certain sadness comes over me that so many people are spending so much money on luxuries while others are struggling just to get basic necessities of life and they are the forgotten ones.
I would ask you that when you are eyeing that exotic bottle of wine, or expensive electronic gadget to get as a gift for someone, that you think, just for a minute, about others such as those below who are desperate for help. We (PCF) get requests for help every day and we regularly have to say 'No, I'm sorry we can't help right now' because we just don't have the funds. Will you join our Army of Angels for a monthly recurring donation of $10 or more? Each of the photos below are taken by our man Alex in Venezuela as he interacts with the local community. |

We've been sharing photos of Mariel over the months previous and her battle with cystic fibrosis. Right now she's very ill and needs specialized tests and medicine and we've run out of resources at the moment. |

It's not much but for those who receive it, it's a true blessing which puts smiles on faces like the little guy below... |
