I know it was last minute, but tonight was very productive.
It's safe to say that after several weeks of formation and organizing, not much has happened so far. So here's what we're going to do to kick things into a higher gear.
#1... I will be the Chairman for each committee to help get things organized, focused and moving. We can meet on our AnyMeeting Tonight web conference platform.
#2... On the Monday call next week, We'll take the 2nd hour to meet briefly with each committee. I'd like a quick summarized report of current status and work in process from each committee sent to me at this email by the end of this week, Friday night. If I don't receive something, then I'll presume nothing has happened and we'll start from scratch. No problem. Please be on the call Monday!
#3... Many committee members have been re-assigned to another committee where they are needed most and removed from a committee if you were listed on more than 2. I've attached the current list of all committee members.
So, review the attached list to see where you fit in committees and let's talk more on Monday!
