Professor De Barbieri will discuss the independent judiciary in Mongolia, Mongolian property rights law, and his role in supporting the Mongolian Court Administrative Agency's adoption of new technology that will integrate the 22 different case management systems used in Mongolia's 116+ courts into one system.
