| Save the date: ACMS Annual Meeting, Poster Session, and Reception in Chicago, March 27th, 2015 |

Dear ACMS board members, individual members, students and friends,
Please join us for our Annual Meeting, coming up on Friday, March 27th, 2015! This year's meeting will be in Chicago, in conjunction with the Association for Asian Studies (AAS) annual meeting at the Chicago Sheraton Inn & Towers (301 East North Water Street, Chicago, IL). As usual, a reception, cultural program, and poster session will be held after the membership meeting, and all are free and open to public and all interested parties. Registration to AAS is not required.

Erie Room, Chicago Sheraton Inn & Towers
We still have space for presenters for the Poster Session for that evening. To propose a poster or display for the session, please send a brief abstract or description (no more than 250 words) to me at ddettmann@mongoliacenter.org before March 1, 2015. Posters and displays will be accepted on a rolling basis.
Finally, the deadline is nearing for applications for this year's Field Research Fellowships, Library fellowships, and Language fellowship. Make sure you or your students get your materials in by February 15th, 2015.
