Dear ACMS Board of Directors,
This is a reminder that our annual business meeting will be held this Friday, March 28th at 10am EDT (7am Pacific, 8am Mountain, 9am Central, 10pm Mongolia). Attached please find our meeting agenda.
For those of you who will be in Philadelphia, our meeting will take place at 543 Williams Hall
(255 S. 36th St) on the University of Pennsylvania campus. I will be available to meet you at 9am in the lobby of the Downtown Marriott (AAS conference hotel) to escort you to the Penn campus, for those of you who would like that. It is a quick 15-20 minute trolley ride.
If you plan to take part virtually, this year we will be using the Blue Jeans system. It is simple to use, but you will need to follow instructions to download and install software through your browser first. Otherwise, it is also simple to call in via phone. Below are instructions. Feel free to try your connections early, the virtual meeting space is already open.
