Dear ACMS Board of Directors,

Hope all is well with you as the new year is well underway.

I am currently planning for a space to hold our annual business meeting.
I'd like to get an idea of who of you are planning to come to the business
meeting so I can best coordinate the meeting with your availabilities.

It looks like over the past few years this has been happening the
morning/afternoon on the day of our evening Annual Meeting and Reception.
This year that will be Friday, March 28th, in Philadelphia (with our
evening meeting and reception in Grand Salon L of the Downtown Marriott,
1201 Market St.)

Through connections of mine at University of Pennsyvlania, there are
several conference room spaces that would be available to us there. Penn
campus is just across the river from Center City, 10-15 minutes from the
conference hotel by taxi or trolley car.
