6th AAWE Workshop & Call for Abstracts

The 6th AAWE Workshop is May 12-14 2021, hosted online by Clemson University, and will focus on providing graduate students and early career engineers with an opportunity to present their work in progress and discuss with the wind engineering community.

Details on registration will be posted to AAWE.org shortly. All presenters and attendees must be members of AAWE, join or renew your membership if it has expired. The program with links to the zoom sessions will only be posted and available to active members.


Call For Abstracts

The workshop committee seeks abstracts in the broad area of wind engineering. Abstracts are sought from industry and academia and may include:

  1. Case studies

  2. Field studies

  3. Experimental, theoretical, numerical, and computational research.


Two page extended abstracts are due March 19, 2021 and can be submitted by emailing them to AAWEWorkshop@clemson.edu. See the full call for abstracts on the workshop announcement article at AAWE.org which includes a link to the abstract template along with key dates and deadlines.
