Subject: How to really be POSITIVE? 😇

Need to book an Energy Healing Session?
Hello Friend,

How are you? I hope you are enjoying the BOGO week. If you are in the southern hemisphere, enjoy the summer fun! If you are living in the northern hemisphere, stay warm! Wintertime is a time for rest and reflection.

Today I would like to reflect on staying positive. As the world gets increasingly crazy and dark we need to be increasingly bright and positive.

No matter what is happening in the world, we can still choose to stay positive. We can't let the world get to us.

To help us stay positive we need to understand why we want to be positive and what being positive looks like.

Being positive allows us to be faith-filled and open for inspirations. Being positive helps us be happy and healthy.

The actions that reflect and strengthen positive thoughts and beliefs are:
  1. Looking for and speaking about what is going right in your life?
  2. Praising the strengths in yourself and others. Sincerely complement others.
  3. Being proactive. That means you believe there is a solution to every problem and you approach the world like that. We can see everything is figure-out-able.
  4. Responsible for own actions, feelings and choices.
  5. Finding joy in all situations. List out fun things in your mind, until that's all you see.
Be mindful and refuse to be negative regardless of the situations. Here are signs to look for.
  • Negative people looking for what’s wrong.
  • Hold happiness out of reach.
  • Difficult to be pleased.
  • Fear filled.
  • Complaining
  • Blaming
  • Not responsible for actions and choices.
  • Victim mentality.  Victim to time, money, distance, situations etc.
Below are the two holiday oils you can use to help you stay positive and joyful, especially during this season of celebration and family.
