Currently there are lots of kids and adults alike are experiencing depression and anxiety. I believe that the solution isn't too difficult or complicated. I was once there too. God always has a simple solutions to our problems. Here is what I was inspired to do. I've been able to share it with others and the results have been amazing!
Here is how we can start the journey back to happiness again. - Feed the cells. Get the right nutrition you need to help your body produce the happy chemicals. Take supplements. Read more here.
- Sleep better. Help the body repair and reset. The brain balances hormones (which helps with emotions) while you sleep. Read more here.
- Cleanse the cells. Clean out the toxins that is causing malfunctions in your body and blocking proper cellular communication. Essential oils are excellent at helping us do that. Read more here. While you are at it, detox your house too.
