We just had daylight savings yesterday. YAY for Spring! 🌸
Does daylight savings affect the Internal Meridians Body Clock? Yes, I think it does. We just need to give ourselves a few weeks to adjust to it. Our body seems to be connected to the sun's movements. It's great that each organ has a two hour block for itself so even if we have these changes, we can still be in the right time block.
🌅 I learned that going to bed early (soon after sunset) will help us with our heart and waking up early (great the sunrise) will help the bowels empty sooner.
