May is a special month to celebrate your own mother and other motherly figures in your life. I truly believe that with our motherly love, we can influence our children for greatness in the world. Every effort we expend is worth it.

Like Cornelia, the mother of the Gracchi brothers whose sons became powerful Roman political reformers, we can set our insecurities aside and just focus on our role in bettering the world.
