How do I know that was the message from my body?
By blood pressure was high, I had a headache, my heart was heavy, my right hand hurt, my back was sore, neck and shoulders were tight and I wasn't getting motivating inspirations.
In the Energy Balancing with Faith meeting, the beautiful ladies worked on me and helped me identified the root causes of these problems. It was liberating. I cried a bit then spent the rest of the weekend just resting.
Monday morning, I woke with hope and healing in my heart again!! I feel great again. I am so grateful for this skill and knowledge of healing from the root.
We go up and down don't we, but all the while we have hope in our heart that no matter what we go through, we will be able to get back up again and have better days ahead.
