Has life been unsettling to you lately? Is it difficult to feel calm and relaxed?
I try to slow down, step back and re-evaluate life regularly to make sure that I am living life in a way that I am honoring my heart's compass. In other words, following God's promptings for joy.
As a mother and leader, I try to be aware and not to let life influence me and cause me to react.
Connecting to a positive like-minded community is a way I feel helps protect us from spiraling into stress and discouragement.
