The overall energy of the world seems to have shifted a bit hasn't it 🌎? So many people feel discouraged and down😔. We need to have the skills to pick ourselves up and cheer ourselves on.

Let's be our best cheerleader and teach our children to do the same. I learned that it is all about applying faith. We can all do this. Below are the ways I cheer myself up. Try it out and let me know what you do to cheer yourself up.
