Hi, Friend!
How are you doing with this week's lessons?
Are you experiencing dizziness, sickness, shortness of breath, and generally feeling yucky? You probably think you are are going backwards and perhaps you are not cut out for this.
It is normal for you to experience all those things as you adjust to your new energy change. God doesn't waste any learning experiences. This too is consecrated for your good.
You've now become a gateway for your ancestors to heal through. It is a privilege to help them heal through you. At the same time you might feel 'used and abused' too. Honor your heart and allow yourself to feel and experience the healing. Be still, surrender and go with the flow. You are divine. You can heal and healing happens when you descend low before you ascend and transcend.
