Breathe...It feels like generally things are easing up a bit, don't you think? To feel more relaxed and happy let's focus on more love for self and others this month.
This week in Australia, my lovely friends and family are sending their kiddos back to school. Because of the travel restrictions, we didn't make our yearly trip back to Australia. We FaceTime our family in Australia almost daily. For fun, we even had a small Australia Day celebration. I pray that things will quickly ease up and we can travel again soon.
The love in our family is strengthened over time. I hope you have a chance to hold your families and friends tightly and strengthen the love.
So, I am more than half way through the 30-days Cleanse & Restore Challenge. It's been empowering. Some people are starting the cleanse this month. Best wishes for you all.
