Is it just me or is the word 'empowered' thrown around a lot lately? Don't we all want to be empowered? And we want to help others feel empowered too, right?
What does empowered mean? Empowered means feeling powerful and free to act as we like, right?
Some might think that empowering people means we educate them. Yes and no. There are plenty of information out there in this information-rich era but even when people know a lot they may do nothing useful with that knowledge. So, nope, it isn't just about education. Empowerment is about the ability to correctly apply knowledge and wisdom.
The only way I know how to permanently help people become empowered is to help them tap into their own divine power source.
We are all children of God with great divine potential therefore we qualify to connect our own inner divine power with God's divine power. I am so grateful that we can connect to God through daily prayer which helps us receive continual instructions and guidance in life.
Besides asking God for things, let's be wise and receive His love and counsel. When our hearts are filled with His love, most of our human problems starts to dissolve.
This divine power gives us all the confidence and power we need to make the best choices for ourselves every single day. We are empowered to heal and strengthen relationships, our bodies, and our hearts. You know when you are empowered when you are progressing forward in a powerful way and when you feel immune to the troubling trends of the world.
This is being EMPOWERED!
