This is it! Well done. It's the last week. You have done so well!! I hope you can see how things are coming together.

If you haven't caught up yet, don't worry. Keep going. You have a total of 10 weeks. You can do it!

Once you finish the course, go ahead and do 30 practice sessions. Please keep coming to our meetings for support and information.
