SUSTAIN ME
Sunshine — at least 15 minutes per day
Use of water — with Celtic salt in the tongue and half your body weight in ounces per day
Sleep — by 9 pm in winter and 10 in summer
Trust in Divine Power — the body sympathizes with the mind. Stress kills. Abstaining from anything harmful — eg. caffeine, narcotics, alcohol
Inhale — fresh air in and out of the nose
Nutrition — whole foods, nutrient dense, unprocessed
Moderation — balance in all lifestyle choices
Exercise — rebounding and walking are great
