BREAKING NEWS

A new voice for healthy living has been added to the GRM2 community. Holly Hiebert is president and director of Cornerstone of Health, a lifestyle center in Tuscaloosa, Ala. She'll be sharing ways to optimize our health in our Wellness section.

"My younger adulthood was one of destructive habits and it's a miracle I'm alive," Hiebert says. "In 2007, I gave my life to the Lord and in 2012 the world of natural healthcare was opened to me. ... It changed my whole perspective on life."

Now she, along with her husband, offer community programs focused on natural pain management, lifestyle changes, and depression recovery.

"We only get one chance to enjoy our temporal lives here," she said. "It's never too late to make even one change."

PARTNERSHIP REPORT

These are just a few of the lovely gifts GRM2 has been sharing with the women at Refuge House.

Thank you to all who helped us give last year. Your generosity is vital.

GRM2 is the only organization partnered with Refuge House, the abuse shelter, to provide monthly gifts for the residents, including sorely needed bus passes.

The ladies’ needs continue to increase as Refuge House resources are stretched between multiple housing facilities.

Basics like soap, lotion, hair products, toothpaste, deodorant, and feminine hygiene products are regularly in short supply.

Your donation of any amount will both encourage the ladies and enlarge GRM2’s impact.

Please help us help women who have sought protection at Refuge House.

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT

I walked out of my back door and at my garage, the bull was staring me down!

I couldn't get to my camera fast enough to get that picture of his full face! He wasn't bothered by us and we weren't bothered by him either.

This is so just like life!

We walk into totally unexpected situations which could cause us alarm and fear. But oh no, in those three seconds to react or respond, we choose to respond and "enjoy" the diversion.

In fact, I really liked him eating the grass between my car and camper! I actually got upset that he was distracted. What a great way to get the grass "mowed."

There is a blessing in everything—so look for it!

P.S. I hope he comes back and finishes the job.
