Paul B. Zimmerman opened his modest 40′ x 60′ farm repair shop near Lititz and Ephrata, Pennsylvania in 1947. His reputation as a trustworthy maker and repairer of machinery grew, and he expanded his shop several times in the 1950s and ’60s.
The “shop,” as it is still known, grew into PBZ Manufacturing, a full service metal manufacturing company that specializes in OEM, job shop, project and contract manufacturing.
