| | President & CEO | Canada Lands Company Stéphan Déry, President and CEO of Canada Lands Company. In this role, Mr Déry leads a national organization of hundreds of employees responsible for the development and management of major real estate holdings and the operation of some of Canada’s most cherished attractions. Canada Lands Company’s attractions include the CN Tower and Downsview Park in Toronto, the Montréal Science Centre and the Old Port of Montréal. He is a seasoned real estate professional having served in the Government of Canada as Assistant Deputy Minister of Real Property Services at Public Services and Procurement Canada, an organization with over 4,000 employees. In this role, Stéphan was responsible for the delivery of the entire suite of real property services to federal departments and agencies. Over his 30-year career in the public service, he also held several other executive positions in the areas of acquisitions and corporate services. Stéphan is a chartered professional accountant and holds a master’s degree in public administration. |

| | Founder & CEO | Crosswalk Communities Jeanhy Shim is a strategic and creative city building advisor, changemaker and entrepreneur. For the past 30 years, she has been working in the real estate development industry in the Greater Toronto Region, providing a wide range of strategic development advisory services, including land acquisition, market research, project feasibility, master-planning, product design development, marketing strategy and sales launch services. Currently, Jeanhy is President of Housing Lab Toronto – an independent housing market research firm, and Partner in PMA360 – a full-service development advisory practice. Jeanhy is also the Founder and CEO of Crosswalk Communities – a not-for-profit affordablehousing development company using an innovative new business model to build affordable rental apartments for lower income Canadians, including essential workers, newcomers, single parent families, adults with disabilities, youth and seniors. In her community, Jeanhy currently serves on the Board of Directors of Waterfront Toronto, andpreviously served on the Board of Directors of Woodgreen Community Services and co-founded the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee at the Urban Land Institute Toronto chapter. |

| | Darlene Jehn is a certified Project Management Professional and Registered Professional Planner, holding a master’s degree in Sustainable Urban Development from the University of Oxford. She has extensive professional experience in both the public and private sectors, successfully managing a land development project pipeline exceeding $450 million. As the Co-Founder and President of mddl, she emphasizes a community-centered approach to land development, aimed at supporting the at-scale delivery of middle housing. This is accomplished through initiatives in Policy and Innovation, Capacity Building, and Developer Enablement, collaborating with municipalities, non-profit housing providers, developers, and homeowners. |
