Subject: Day 6 Improve Respiratory Health Challenge

POSITIVE AFFIRMATION: I choose to see how this situation has served me.

Good morning!

Today is day six of our seven day improve respiratory health challenge; just today and tomorrow left!

How has the challenge been so far? What are your number one takeaways and what do you plan to continue to incorporate once the challenge is over? Do you feel like you need more support to maintain the momentum you've created? Please share your thoughts!

Today, we will participate in a breathing awareness exercise with Stacey Schuerman. This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Stacey Schuerman leads us through an exercise designed to reset, renew, and rejuvenate our energy. Join her as she teaches us about breathing and calming the mind. Click HERE to access the video.

Following the breathing exercise, we have a beautiful meditation created by Danika Katerina just for this day. Danika is the founder of Quantum Legacy Vortex. You can find out more about her or follow her by clicking either of the following:

TODAY'S BONUS CONTENT

Do you ever wake between 3AM and 5AM?

As mentioned in Erin's meditation on Day 1, the Lungs are associated with the metal element and according to the Chinese Body Clock, the hours of 3AM to 5AM are associated with the Lungs as well. This is when we sleep deeply, have dreams, moments become memories and the lungs detox. This is said to be the BEST time to exercise because the lungs are in their peak at this time; however, if you find yourself waking up during this time each morning and you aren't wanting to wake then, you may have underlying grief or sadness that is bothering you or you may have a condition in the lung area. Try some meditation or digging deep to find out what's going on or look into detoxification methods for the lungs.

Have an AMAZING day!!!
