Subject: Day 5 Improve Respiratory Health Challenge

POSITIVE AFFIRMATION: I create a breathing space for myself. Air is abundant and I always have enough.

Good morning!

Today is day five of our seven day improve respiratory health challenge. We are in the home stretch!

If you caught yesterday's email, you'd know that is was a special day for me because I am a veteran. Today is also a special day for me as it is the anniversary of my father passing - 13 years ago today. It's ironic that we are doing this challenge today as I often forget to breathe when this day arrives. It still feels like yesterday that he passed and at the same time so long ago. Thank you for being with me on this day and reminding me to breathe as we do this challenge together.

So tell me, how was day four and how have the previous days been for you? Have you enjoyed the breathing exercises and meditations? Have you noticed any changes in your respiratory health, has breathing become easier, is there less tightness in your chest? I know for me, I have definitely noticed a difference! What other things have you decided to incorporate? Please share your experiences on Facebook or by emailing me. I truly want to hear about your journey.

Today, we will try the Wim Hof Breathing Method. I have heard this is a great technique for those that suffer respiratory dis-eases. I personally prefer some of the other breathing exercises, but some of the participants from the first challenge really enjoyed this one. I'd appreciate if you'd share with the group if you agree with this statement after doing the exercise. Click HERE to access the video.

Following the breathing exercise, we have a beautiful meditation created by Erin just for this day. On Day One, Erin provided our meditation on the lungs and today it is with a focus on the small intestine. Erin is the founder of Good Energy, LLC.
