The guideline has a sample day, many recipes, an "add in" and "avoid" list and more! I hope that you'll track what parts you add in and avoid - and if you'd like, take pictures of your meals to share with us on Facebook (or with me via email) as well as how the breathing exercise or meditation goes for you.
