I want to take a moment to be honest with you.
When I made the decision to become a coach I did it the formal way and got my certification. I remember completing my training and thinking that I would be able to get clients once I declared I was a coach to the world.
That couldn't have been further from the truth. I spent years, with a client here or there but there were plenty of months when the well was super dry.
There were a few things that helped turn my client situation around but it all started with having a plan in place.
Taking the time to set my intention for the upcoming year was incredible. I no longer scrambled weekly to know what my focus was going to be.
