It’s here! The 5-Step Plan to Finish the Year Strong 
Festive Season Edition starts TODAY!

Hello again and welcome, Friend

It’s so great to be starting this challenge with yo
u today. A few little housekeeping things to start with:
  • Each day you’ll get an email with a FUN assignment that will provide an oasis of calm during the flurry of festive activities. By Friday you’ll have remembered why taking care of yourself is your top priority.

  • We'll send the emails in the morning, and let you know the timing for that day’s 15-minute catch up and debrief on Facebook Live. (If you want a chance to interact and ask questions, watch the video live. If you can’t catch us then, you’ll be able to see the recording later on.)

  • There’s already a TONNE of support in the private FB group - it warms our hearts to see how kind you all are (of course you are!) Here’s the link to that group if you haven’t joined yet.

  • We don’t want you to keep this mini-program a secret! Feel free to share any aspect of it with your friends, including our emails and videos. It would be best if your friends joined us in the challenge directly so they won’t miss anything, and here’s the page to do that.
So let’s jump into Day 1 - Stick Your Feet In a Bucket

It’s easy to burn out when there’s work to finish, gifts to buy, holidays to plan and ‘We must catch up’ promises queued from here to next year.

It doesn’t have to feel like we’re stumbling down the final corridor into 2019, grasping onto the walls for support ...

We’ll be in a Facebook Live at 8.30pm (AEST) and holding an online and offline foot soak party! Bring a bucket of water, bubbles and tune in while we do this together LIVE, and we talk through ways to prioritise your self-care now.


In fact, the photos above are just a few of the snaps we've been sent from some of our amazing community members who have take the challenge and joined us in one of our all-time favourite activities!

Here’s what we’ll be doing:

Get Into Action!

1. Fill a bucket with warm water and grab a towel.
2. Add some of those unopened bath salts or body washes or bubbles that hover like wallflowers up the back of the vanity unit waiting for ‘one day’.
3. OR add a cup of Epsom salts plus a cup of apple cider vinegar.
4. OR if you’re out of all that, add nothing.
5. Sit down for 15 minutes with your feet swishing in the bucket of water and don’t move! 

It Doesn't Have To Be Perfect

The trick with this challenge is not to wait for ideal circumstances. If you have to do this with a toddler clambering on your lap begging for stories, do it. (Yes, it could get messy - a bucket each outside might work better!)

This is not about recreating the ambience of a five-star retreat, it’s about sitting down, slowing down and taking care of yourself now - where you are, with what you have, for 1/100th of your day.
