| | It’s here! The 5-Day Plan to Finish the Year Strong starts TODAY! Hello again and welcome, Friend
It’s so great to be starting this challenge with you today. A few little housekeeping things to start with:
- Each day you’ll get an email with a SHORT assignment that will move you closer to finishing the year strong. By Friday you’ll have a plan mapped and ready to go - and we’ll end the challenge with a FREE Masterclass.
- We'll send the emails each morning and let you know the timing for that day’s 15-minute training on Facebook Live. (If you want a chance to interact and ask questions, watch the video live. If you can’t catch us then, you’ll be able to see the recording later in Facebook and in the Members' Hub.)
- We always have a really engaged and supportive community in our private Facebook groups and this time will be no different. Here’s the link to that group if you haven’t joined yet.
- We don’t want you to keep this mini-program a secret! Feel free to share any aspect of it with your friends, including our emails and videos. It would be best if your friends joined us in the challenge directly so they won’t miss anything, and here’s the page to do that.

As the challenge progresses, this is where you can go to find all of the activities and resources. Each day a link will be emailed to you to make it easy for you to access new content on the Members' Hub site.
Throughout the 5 days, new materials will be added to your package, including videos, templates and more.
Shortly, you’ll be added as a member to the program and you’ll receive your login credentials in an automated email sent by our online learning site.
Once you are in the online portal, you will find instructions on how to get started. We encourage you to approach this challenge with a sense of curiosity and fun.

| | So let’s jump into Day 1 - Your October Starting Point
Our purpose this week is to make a plan to achieve something clear and specific in the remainder of 2019. Some of you already have strong clarity on what you’re going to do. Others have joined the challenge in the hope of working this out, and that’s perfectly fine!
Before we think too hard about what we’re aiming for, we need to be clear on where we’re starting from — and that’s the purpose of today’s content.
We’re about being as genuinely real and open and honest with ourselves as we can be, about where we are, and who we are at this point. This level of honesty truly is self-kindness, because it’s transparency that takes us forward. It’s not about being self-critical — it’s about drawing a line in the sand and saying, here’s where I am. This is the start mark.
To get you started, we’ve prepared a Life Audit tool, and filling it out is your assignment for today. Take just a few quiet minutes to assess how things are going for you right now. Even if you've done the Life Audit activity before, it really is worth running through it again to see what has changed.
Then head over to the Facebook Group and share your thoughts. Find out the impact of this exercise on others in the challenge and provide and receive support from women who really get it. We’ll pop in for a Facebook Live chat about this at 3pm AEDT, and you can watch this later if you’re unable to see it live.
